An 18-year-old woman, Tallulah Bradford, died from injuries sustained when two teenagers allegedly took unauthorised control of a small articulated loading vehicle at Chalkwell Park in Essex, England.
Police said the incident occurred shortly after midnight on 13 June when a group reportedly commandeered the articulated loading vehicle, which is commonly used in construction and agricultural settings to lift and transport heavy materials. Bradford suffered significant injuries and died in hospital on 19 June.

An 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and have since been released on bail while investigations continue. Police are appealing for witnesses, particularly the large number of young people believed to have been in the park at the time.
