Playground Upgrades Planned for Mackellar Street Reserve in Victoria

Upgrades are planned for the playground at Mackellar Street Reserve to improve play opportunities and usability for the local community. Works include replacing or upgrading existing equipment to provide a safer and more engaging environment for children.

New play elements and updated infrastructure will enhance functionality and accessibility, supporting a wider range of age groups. The improvements focus on creating a modernised play space that encourages active outdoor use.

Investment in the reserve reflects ongoing efforts to maintain safe, compliant, and well-maintained playground environments. Replacing ageing equipment is expected to reduce maintenance issues while improving safety outcomes for users.

The upgraded playground will continue to support community use, contributing to improved amenity for families and residents.
