Area 51, marketed as Sydney’s largest indoor playground, has opened in Castle Hill in New South Wales. The 4,000 sqm venue is designed for children aged 12 and under and combines physical play and immersive attractions under one roof.
Key features include multi-level play structures, trampoline courts with dodgeball areas, climbing walls, high ropes and obstacle-style zones, and dedicated toddler play spaces. A 250 sqm Snow World attraction features real falling snow at scheduled intervals, enabling snow play without travelling outside Sydney.
The centre also offers VR gaming rooms that focus on interactive games, separate from the main physical play areas. Additional onsite facilities include a cafe serving food and drinks. The playground operates daily with general admission pricing that varies by age and session length, and Snow World access sold separately. The venue aims to provide both energetic physical play and themed entertainment experiences in a supervised, all-weather environment.
