Indoor playground charged over 8-year-olds 7 metre fall

The owners of an indoor play centre have been charged with failing to ensure users were not exposed to health and safety risks after a child fractured their spine when falling from the playground. Worksafe Victoria alleges the child was playing in July 2022 when they fell from a rope ladder at the height of seven metres and sustained a fractured spine.
